"We were longtime State Farm customers—decades, not years. My wife has been insured with them since she was 16, and together we carried multiple policies: three auto, homeowners, and an umbrella. After several hail storms hit our neighborhood, we saw roofs being replaced all around us. We contacted State Farm to understand next steps, and they even provided three preferred vendors. All three independently told us we needed a new roof and repairs to soft metals. However, the State Farm adjuster determined the damage did not exceed our deductible. About a year later, another storm came through. A different roofing contractor inspected our home and again found significant damage. Once more, a State Farm adjuster denied the claim. We spoke with our local agent, who told us our only remaining option was to pursue legal action. We chose not to—we trusted the process and believed State Farm would do right by us. In fact, we continued our relationship and even increased some of our coverage. Then, unexpectedly, we received a letter stating our homeowners policy was being dropped due to too many unpaid claims. In the end, we paid out of pocket for a full roof replacement and moved our coverage to another insurer. Our experience: repeated claim denials followed by non-renewal. Proceed with caution."

"They were able to very quickly add insurance onto my auto policy for cars that I rent while traveling. This way I'm covered for everything, and it is SO MUCH cheaper than what the rental car companies charge. Great for peace of mind while traveling."

"I want to share my experience after becoming a new State Farm customer. I'm a customer of State Farm because of two reasons. The price Haley quoted me was better than the company I use to be with. That company name was Indiana Farm Bureau. Haley didn't pressure me to get a sale. As a matter of fact she was very professional, polite and she listened to everything I said. I'm happy with my new company State Farm. Can you do something for me someone tell Haley she done an excellent job. Someone owes her a day off with pay a lunch on the company something. "I have been a client of Steve’s office for several years. When I need something, or have a question, there is.always a friendly voice who answers! Joyce has always been helpful and patient, and does a great job. Today, I called in about needing my windshield replaced, and Cari helped me. "My granddaughter, Erika, helped me set up my auto and renters when I moved back from Florida and I'm so happy I got a policy! More importantly, if it hadn't been for her, I wouldn't have gotten $20k for my renters claim when my apartment burned up completely. Claims sent me my money with no question not even 24 hours after filing! Erika educated me and protected me from one of the most devastating losses after moving into my unit 10 days ago. Now I can replace all of my belongings and be relocated to a new unit while mine is being repaired. I plan to tell everyone at Rosegate to go with her for their insurance needs. State Farm is the best!"
